This section describes the makeup of a Vaandroid application.

A Vaandroid plugin is simply an OSGI bundle with additional files.

The plugin must contain a ((Vaandroid.xml)) file at the root of the jar.

An AndroidManifest.xml file along with Android resource files can also be included.
